Blocket For iPhone and It’s Only the Beginning…
Yesterday, our first creation went live on Apple’s App Store. It’s the project we’ve been working on together with Blocket.se for a while now. The Blocket application is a fully featured iPhone client for the very popular Swedish classified advertising site www.blocket.se. It includes features such as:
- A solid search function with possibilities to specify the search parameters that are available at www.blocket.se (such as mileage for cars, area for apartments, etc).
- Automatic located search with the help of GPS
- Ability to call or mail the seller directly from the application
- Create your own ads directly from the application, including choosing images or taking photos within the application.
- And much, much more…
The reception of the application has been very good during it’s first day on App Store. We’ve seen a lot of positive feedback and the application is already at #1 in Free Apps in Sweden! At the time of writing this, the application has 4,5 out of 5 stars in the review, something we’re very proud of.
There has also been a lot of attention along with the release. With the position Blocket.se has in Sweden, it’s not a big surprise for us though.
